News: 20th Anniversary of the Genocide in Rwanda

Today is the "International Day of Reflection on the 1994 Genocide in Rwanda." It also marks the 20th anniversary of the beginning of the genocide.  Here are a few reflections that focus on lessons learned and assessments of the international community's response:
